Privacy Policy
How Rule of Wealth collects and uses information from readers. Last updated 2026-05-26.
What this site is
Rule of Wealth is a personal-finance essay publication by Marcus Vale, an independent writer based in Atlanta, GA. It is not a financial advisory firm, not a lender, not a debt-relief provider.
What we collect
Cloudflare (our hosting provider) logs your IP address and basic browser information when you visit. We don't run third-party analytics, ad-network pixels, or behavioral trackers.
If you email [email protected], your email address and message sit in our inbox. We reply when warranted.
Sponsored content
Some articles are sponsored — clearly disclosed at the top, in the byline area, and at the foot of the article. We sometimes earn affiliate commissions on products mentioned. When you click a sponsored link, the destination site may set cookies governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
What we don't do
- No selling, renting, or sharing of reader data
- No display advertising (sponsored articles are the only commercial content)
- No tracking across other sites
- No marketing profiles
- No newsletter (we don't have one yet)
Cookies
Rule of Wealth sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (cf_clearance) to verify you're a real visitor — that's a hosting-provider feature, not us.
Your rights
If we have personal information about you (likely just an email you sent), you can request a copy or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
